Biased Wheels
Watch for a biased wheel. A biased wheel is one where one number occurs more frequently than it should otherwise. This can be due to a mechanical flaw that has developed over time. You can spot a biased wheel by watching the numbers that come up, and see if one number consistently comes up more often than others. Remember casinos, are also watching out for biased wheels!

Dealer Signature
Some dealers release the ball on the wheel with exactly the same speed and trajectory, spinning the wheel at the same speed each time as well. If they do this it is possible to make a prediction as to where the ball will land, at least within a general area, if not the exact number.
